Share a Sale Review

While looking for ways to monetize my websites and blogs, I came across Share a Sale.



I'm still checking out the site, and I have a lot of learning to do about the program, but I wanted to share what I know so far.

It took about a day to be approved for the program. They provide html code to put on your site, and you get paid if someone signs up through your links. Pretty standard for affiliate programs as I understand.

It is little confusing when it comes to adding html to a Blogger template, and even though I own the .com for this site, I am still using a blogger template.

I was actually trying to add something so people can download and print coupons, even though this is a site about web writing, I know firsthand how hard it can be to get by on a web writer's earnings, and wanted to help others by making it easy to download free grocery coupons.

So far, my evaluation of Share a Site is two thumbs up, easy to apply, easy to navigate, friendly communication from the company manager. So far, all around a positive experience.

Now if you want to hear about the experience of building a Blogger template and getting it to do anything unique, well, that's another story.
