Okay, it makes sense to send a writer a critiquing email evaluation for making an amateur mistake like spelling the word people as poeple. What doesn't make sense is to be completely rude about it and accuse the writer of not having proofread, especially after the customer approved the article and gave excellent ratings across the board; and it was the only mistake mentioned in the evaluation.
(If you're reading this blog, you may have noticed my casual writing style and occasional overly chatty
gramar grammar when I write quickly. I can't even say how many of these posts I have had to reopen for edting.)
I'm not questioning that I screwed up by not copying the article into Word to spellcheck it, I'm just questioning the necessity of the level of rudeness involved. Sorry for the vent, but hey, that's one of the things a blog is "good for".
