Constant Content lets you post articles either in response to customer requests or randomly written articles. You get to pick the level of rights you want to sell and name your own price. Potential customers can make offers if they want a lower price. it's up to you if you accept or pass.
Constant Content then takes a pretty big percentage of the total and you get the remaining amount. It doesn't sound fair at first, but it can really pay off if you create enough articles and set your prices right.
If you try writing for CC, make sure you carefully review the formatting requirements before submitting. Also, proofread carefully and spellcheck the article. The wrong formatting and errors; and your article will be rejected and you will either have to rewrite it or lose the time spent creating the work.
