World of Online Writing in State of Upheaval

This isn't news for any online writers (especially content mill writers) who have been watching their page views and monitoring their income over the last couple of days; but big changes are currently zapping the life out of the online writing experience.

Is there a reason for concern? Absolutely! Any problem that tampers with your income is worth being aware of and concerned enough to seek solutions. Does anyone know what those soultions are yet? Probably not because it's all so new, as far as the Google algorhythim change that has set everyone off on a new tangent.

My best advice is keep writing but don't invest all of your time in one spot; don't give up on any of the sites where you enjoy writing just yet. Take a slow, calm approach until the dust bytes settle. Then it will be easier to see which sites have prospered and which have floundered.

I have also read that it's a good time to work on personal blogs and websites, because articles placed on them are moving higher in searches than articles on some larger sites.
